It means once you accept the offer, the item is sold but the buyer does not require to pay immediately.
If it is the Rolex, look carefully at the member making the offer as these items are prone to scammers.
Check their feedback, is the buyer new ?
Where are they registered ?
Check the feedback they have left for others.
The only payment methods I would accept on such an item is bank transfer or PayPal.
However there is potential flaw with PayPal. Buyer can request a chargeback months later from their bank citing unauthorised use of their account.
