You currently have two listings that I can see (3 seater lounge and dining room suite). Sometimes a listing that has been published isn't immediately, fully live on the site and other members like myself won't be able to view it, but you can always double check which listings you have submitted (published) by going to My eBay > All Selling and checking the list of active listings.
In general, a listing that has been saved to draft has not been published.
