The 40 free listings for non store holders start on the first day of each month and disapear if not used at the end of the month. ( cant be rolled over into next month ) . It is the same for store holder free listings for BINS. ( number of freebies varies on store catagory ) The 100 free listings promotional offer for non store holders started yesterday ( 13/3/14 ) This only runs for a few days and finishes on the 17th I think from memory.
As per previous answer the 40 free listings for non store holders start on the first day of each month. 1/3/14 this month. Any of these 40 free listings that have not been used end on the last day of the month ( 31/3/14 ) and a new 40 will be allocated to your account on the 1/4/14
