Interesting events on ebay this evening !!!!

When I clicked on my own Book Listing for Aubrey Beardsley this is what ebay showed {info...copy & print verbatim below}  me, then when I went out of the listing, back to My Ebay & clicked on the listing it showed it as Active, till I clicked on view sellers other items, then went back into the listing for the the Book, I was again shown the info notice below........so just what are they doing with sellers listings whilst taking our fees ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????  I stayed in the Books Ending Soonest Column until I knew the book had ended, when I attempted to return to My Ebay page there was NO INFORMATION SHOWING ON THE PAGE Except for columns on the left & headers on the page !! Is anyone else experiencing this tonight ?????????????????????????????

I was just browsing the clothing section and there have been lots of listings which have strange titles suddenly disappear with the same info as what you got.

Maybe ebay are doing some testing or maintenance or something?

Hi shoppingtrolley,  I just spent 20 minutes on live help, they were not able to explain the notification / error message I was being shown.  They claim the item was searchable the whole time, until its end.

This is the 4th glitch RIGHT AT THE END of the auction time in just over a week.

But what really raised my concerns was when, from the Books Ending Soonest Page to find ALL my Selling/Completed/Unsold items were GONE !...all the headers & side headings were there, but the rest of the page was a TOTAL BLANK !!

This could be why all the offers of half price listings are being handed out...they know there are MAJOR glitches occurring, people are probably losing sales hand over fist, & that is ebay's way of covering their butts, or lulling people into a 'feel good' state of mind where they don't take time to do any checking on their listings when they are ending.

It makes me wonder if anyone attempted to bid at the last moment did the listing VANISH on them as well ???

There are definitely big glitches out there tonight, i was just viewing Collectibles, Advertising, Petrol & wondered why 4 or 5 listings had no gallery photograph & not even the grey square that usually appears when something has gone awry when they upload their photos.  When I clicked on one of the listings, I think it was a gas sign [not one of my listings] that was listed around 9.40 ish this evening [13.3] I found the same error message...& it would have applied to the others whose photos weren't showing..

When I returned to the gallery page for all listings all the pictures THEN appeared....& the listing was accessible/displaying ... I wonder how many people it is happening to in total.

Glitches all over the place - photos missing, no price, no postage - refresh and everything is hunky dory - I guess we should watch out for some more pretty colour changes later today]:)

maybe they will put the totals back at the top of the page and I can stop going to therapy 😐

motherbear I'm glad it wasn't just me experiencing this !

I had everything on my ebay page disappear again last night, I actually took photos of it this time ! all of ebay's info is on the page but absolutely nothing to do with anything of my information.......it was all just grey.

Perhaps they will cats. JMO though don't give up on the therapy :^O Does a cat good take it from me 😉
