Hi,
Ive just sold a dress to an international buyer and the buyer claims that their credit card will not process the payment. The buyer said that they have used the same card to purchase other items on eBay after the sale of my dress.
Could this be a specific setting on my account to prevent the payment to process or, is the buying having a lend of me and not wanting to pay?
many thanks

Sounds suspect….cancel the sale and relist (block the ‘buyer’)

…hang on, I can only see local postage….have you ever sold overseas?

International post is showing for me.
"Ive just sold a dress"
I can see you've relisted item number 387895638951 which sold on 3rd March.
Do you have two or is there another reason you relisted ?
Since then , you've sold item number 388029641380.
Is this the sale you're referring to ?
"is the buying having a lend of me and not wanting to pay?"
It could be or, it could be a scam buyer who may offer to pay you a different way.
eg: A "pretend" payment by Paypal, escrow etc. Don't fall for it.
Unless it's a genuine error on the buyer's part, I suggest you cancel and block the ID.
With your expensive items, I suggest you list with "immediate payment" required.
