International tracking not working

I’ve sold several items, and have received confirmation from the buyers that they have received them, but international tracking isn’t working so they haven’t been recognised as delivered so I’m not getting paid. Is anyone able to help.  I’ve spent an hour going around in circles on the EBay help page 😬

I'm presuming that you're registered to sell and signed up for managed payments

But as you haven't sold in quite a while, eBay will treat you as a new seller and you'll be on payment holds 14-30 days.

Have a look at the Payments tab in your Seller Hub. What does it show there ?

International tracking not working

You have not sold in a long time up until now

 

How much you sold years ago is moot

 

eBay see you as a 'new' seller hence your funds will indeed be on hold, as you agreed to when you listed and ticked the box you had read and understood etc

 

No need to waste an hour going around in circles

 

It is all explained clearly and really does apply to every seller who has not sold for a while
