Free Postage tag not working

Hi, I'm trying to put up an item for sale and when I pick the "delivery or pickup" tab, I am finding in the preview the "postage" comes up "calculate" not "Free Postage" and "Local Pickup".Can someone please let me know what I am doing wrong. Tks
