Is anyone else getting error messages when trying to reply to feedback left.

I still can't respond.

I did chat with ebay twice and they are denying there is an issue even though I told them when I rang, I was

told there was.

Two people on chat said call the customer service again since it was them that said there was an issue.

What kind of service is this?

I can't put my case forward and respond to feedback.

Ebay are not doing anything to help and now they deny there is an issue?

This affects sales.
