Inventory and Shipping Software

Hi Guys, iv recently just starting setting up a big commerce store to run alongside my ebay, however im looking for the best solution to keep my inventory and order fullfillent all integrated. Just wondering if anyone here also has a big commerce store and if you use anything like this?

Also preferable if there is a solution that can send orders from both over to click and send as well that would be even better but i think this might be hard to find.

Hi Sean,

I am currently with Bigcommerce but have found their ebay/website integration is not particularly good so I am in the process of moving across to Neto as they offer full ebay/website integration with simultaneous stock control over both sites.

There is an add on for Big Commerce to do this but it is quite expensive.

Neto also have a shipping automation module which supports eparcel but not sure if it supports click and send. As far as I know bigcommerce don't have a similar feature.

Poop 😞 i only just signed up to big commerce a couple of months ago, and spent a lot of time getting my design customized to my perfection so to do a switch i think would be too much of a downer at this stage for me lol.

Do you know what bigcommerce's addon is? I think there are quite a few, just not too sure what one to go with, i think ordoro is supposed to be one of the better ones but thats those plans will work out quite expensive with the number of items im selling a month. Im pretty high volume low profit.

I guess it's probably going to be hard to find any solution that will work with click and send, i guess id just have to do all those manually, hopefully once i pay for postage in click and send and it marks it off in ebay that it has been sent this will update in whatever system i go for as well.

I have only been with bigcommerce a few months also but I have decided to cut my losses and run as it just doesn't do what I was told it would.

The add on is called Seller Central - they show the price in $ but it is actually in pounds so for the basic add on it is 75 pound a month. If you have multivariation listings is is 150 pound per month. Depending on where the Aussie dollar is heading it could end up being expensive.

Have you moved over to neto yet?  Im just wondering how you're going.  We are also with Big Commerce and I want to move to neto simply because of the ebay integration and would love to hear others experience with the neto platform.

half way through the triai in bigcommerce, kinda of agree with your comments, the big commerce integration is not very good 

for example

-i cant list more than 1 pic 

-i cant add "best offer"

all these i have do manually after posting

not sure about stock integation.........
