YES!!!!
I have had 2 in 2 months.
Compared to 4 in the previous 12 months.
What will I do? Shock, horror, shame.
Agonise about it?
No.
Open NPBs when appropriate, add them to my BBL. Get on with life.
Don't sweat the small stuff (which NPBs definitely are), pick your battles, don't open yourself to ridicule by asking questions the answers to which can never have ANY bearing on your particular circumstances.

You can tick the box that says "immediate payment required"

often here this suggested, but just wher is this box to tick?

I have had a decrease in some markets .... but I only think it is because I am not as active selling in those areas.
I have one on this selling ID at the moment - zero feedbck buyer - though now has 3 feedback so has paid for some goods. The 4 days for the unpaid case closes later tonight.
They purchased a dress for $200. Its certainly not in my businesses best interest to have this item off the market for EIGHT days in total.
Some sellers don't get many non-payers as they don't sell in markets that are prone to the issue, or sell on eBay for pocket money so they have no pertinent experiece of their own to draw upon.

230 items at around $30 GROSS is about $140 per week, less costs. That's less than the old age pension, so pocket money.

Immediate payment is only available to BIN listings.
OP if you mostly only get one bid as you seem to list at start prices you will sell at, you may be better to list as BIN and have immediate payment set.
It also means you can have each listing run for 30 days instead.
Much more efficient use of eBay free listings and no more non payers.

I know this is probably a silly question but I was just idly wondering if a buyer can see immediate payment is required before they bid?
I do buy things occasionally & over the last few years, they have tended more & more to be items listed as buy it now, but I routinely just go on to paypal to pay so I have not noticed if there is any message.
It does usually have a pay now button but I have never seen a message that says the item must be paid for immediately.

Yes springy, the buyer is aware of Immediate Payment.
When you hit the BIN button the next page is not Confirm but Pay Immediately or the item may be bought by someone else. You go straight to paypal instead of the item going into your Purchase history.

As lyndal said, but buyer cannot see IPR before clicking BIN unless seller has it in description.
As an aside reminder for everyone, don't forget to look at your BBL activity log. Can be interesting to see.
