Is anyone else having issue with checkout & paypal?

I just had a paypal payment for an ebay item, but its not showing on ebay as having gone through checkout and/or being paid. The other strange thing is that the paypal email says the transaction is not eligible for seller protection?

That's quite odd, must be only happening to select accounts because mine is as normal (today's sales showing correctly in eBay and PayPal).

I'm having the exact  same issue! Must be a glitch. HOpefully it will be sorted out soon! 🙂

Yes having trouble 

Transaction says issue with paypal and therefore not completed and item not showing as bought in ebay; however, each attempt (which is said to be unsuccessful) is reducing the pay[al account balance.

I am new to ebay and PAYPAL...I paid tonight for items and PAYPAL kept saying hadnt gone thru...so I tried again-same information..then again (told me to) it then went thru....I just checked my Bank and ebay account...and I have been charged THREE times....I cant contact my Bank till tomorrow morning...I have emailed the seller, however, I have emailed the seller a few times since winning and have not had any response.....very stressed as can not afford to be charged and not have the money for any period.....anyone offer help to settle my nerves???? dbk

Every bank I can think of has a 24hour phone number-ring them & put stop on 2 of the payments.Just tell them unauthorised payments as thats effectively what 2 of the payments are.

If the seller doesn't refund the additional payments then PayPal will have to as they are responsible for this,  Sellers are reporting up to 5 payments for one transaction.

It's working for me now - the multiple payments (and everything else) is showing in the Overview. 🙂

I have a lot of transactions where I have received multiple payments for - they are showing in my paypal account 4 or 5 times, but ebay does not show that they have paid, and subsequently click and send won;t bring their details up to print the labels

All but one of these transactions are clear funds, paid several times so I would think we would have to do the refunds ourselves, the banks wouldn't be able to stop these unless it's an e-cheque.  I have one transaction that was paid 5 times by e-cheque, now I have to wait to see which ones clear.

I tried to chat online to ebay customer support and they basically said that they are aware of an issue at the paypal site and basically we have to contact paypal.

I will wait until tomorrow to see what happens - I am not refunding any duplicate payments at the moment just in case paypal reverse them out, nor am I processing any of these orders.

Honestly, we just got over the crap with the click and send website, then before that it was ebay website problems, now it's paypal
