I suspect not, but am hoping it is. I know how nto bulk edit to add a line, but can't seem to bulk edit to delete a line.

This never worked for me when I tried it, but I've been told it does work if you edit the HTML not the standard view.
Select the listings you want to edit and go to the bulk editor.
Select all listings once that has loaded, click on Edit Fields, and then select item description.
When the next screen loads, you can keep it on standard or switch to HTML.
Then, pull up the dropdown menu and switch it to Edit Listings in bulk - Find and replace.
Enter the line you want to delete but don't enter anything into the Replace with field.

Thanks, digi. I'll give it a go.

No luck so far. It seems to go ok (I just tested it with 3, using both standard & HTML) but there's no icon to 'Save Changes' Just goes straight to confirm and submit.
But I'll have another try.

No, it doesn't want to cooperate. The find and replace etc is all there, but when it's submetted the changes don't happen.

One thing I did back when I had to update all links in descriptions to https versions was edit descriptions one by one but through the bulk editor.
If instead of selecting the find and replace option when you go to edit descriptions, you select "edit listings individually" you can basically just easily scroll through the descriptions of each listing that was loaded in to edit, one at a time.
Because I was editing hyperlinks, I had to switch to HTML and then typed http into the bar after pressing F3 (which will automatically locate all instances of that on the page), then when each description was loaded I just had to press F3* for it to immediately jump to where that was entered and I could adjust the link then skip to the next description. Definitely more laborious than a bulk edit, but if all else fails it's still faster than opening each listing to edit one by one.
*If the text field for the F3 function doesn't disappear when you load the next description, it may not automatically scan and locate, in which case you can add / delete a character and it will prompt the search. eg If you're looking for a line that says "Postage Terms" you can start by entering "postage ter", if the next one doesn't automatically locate, just delete the r at the end, and on the next one add it back in.

Ahha! That worked! And much quicker then opening and then closing ewach one individually. Thanks so much!
