Others will advise if possible, but one way I do it is to run a report for each month and download the expanded version to see income and PP fees.
I then keep an Excel spreadsheet with a monthly running tally.
In addition, I keep the running tally side by side with the tallies from previous years/months so I can see if there are any major fluctuations.
