Is it possible to print to a Zebra GK420D Thermal Printer from Ebay?

I recently got a Zebra GK420D printer and am having a bugger of a time trying to get it printing correctly. 

Is there a way to get it to print direct from Ebay?

I was using a Dymo 4XL previously and using the software which came with that to capture the label and re-size for printing.

When I try to print by selecting the standard 4" x 6" size, there is a white border on the top and left which push the label off the paper. I can't figure out how to remove it. 

If anyone is using any Zebra to print successfully, any help would be appreciated!

Are you printing Ebay AP Postage labels or are you trying to print the order/invoice?
I have a ZEBRA LP2844-Z printer, Im sure its simillar.

Hi - Sorry for the ancient reply. I went back to using the Dymo 4XL for a while, but I've moved house and want to get this Zebra working.

I am trying to print the AP label.

For anyone wondering, I found a quick hack (short term fix) but would still like to know the permanent fix to this issue?

My hack was to generate the label and select print but save it as a PDF, then open it as a PDF file and in Adobe Acrobat Reader click Edit, then Take Snapshot, and draw a rectangle around the actual label itself I want to print, then go file print and it will print the area you just selected!

Make sure your Zebra printer settings are already setup to your roll dimensions in printer advanced setup and that you calibrated your paper roll.

I also read another way is to configure your zebra printer using custom commands to offset the print area left or right - you need to google how to do this or read the manual.
