I believe the term is 'malicious intention to degrade the reputation of a business by slander'.
I have a new competitor who is not only stealing my images (even removing the copyright watermarks!) but getting staff to leave negative feedback. Looks like they may be targetting other estabalished sellers too.
We've managed to trace who they are by business details and it seems they have about 5-6 other eBay seller names and companies listed under ine mother company.
It's all been reported to ebay ... so let's see if they deliver what they promise.

OP, I checked out your feedback and couldnt see any pattern of negative feedback left. Has Ebay removed it already or am I missing something. ? Your responses to the few Negs and Neutrals you have where all good and wouldnt put me off of buying from you.

Yep ... ebay removed it ... it appears we have a great account manager now 🙂
I am actually the photographer for all of our items (by trade) and all our images are not only watermarked, but I have high res originals that are 'pin-pointed' in certain areas and are Canon tagged in my files for recognition.
Pretty poor that the time they took to remove the watermark could have been used to take their own shot ... go figure.
It's the malicious attitude that got me, we are all just trying to make a living. Our other competitors just get on with the job of selling, like we do.
