Is the RMA is included on the return label or in the returned parcel?

I am the Seller and am needing a way to easily identify a return without having to log in to the Seller Hub.

 

I was wondering if I activate the option to include a RMA before shipping, whether it is included on the label or in the returned parcel?

I am at a loss to understand why using seller hub is such an issue.

 

Do you have so many returns that you can't keep track of them?

 

To me, that is something that should be dealt with, rather than post-event fire fighting. No, or few, returns means no need to micromanage them.

Presumably ebay is only a small part of his business and he is looking for a way to manage his returns without ebay.

 

 

To the OP, I don't actually know because I haven't used it, but presumably there would be somewhere that the RMA # would appear. If I had to guess, as a reference number on the shipping label.

 

I should also mention that if the item was not sent through AP, and you are paying for the return shipping, then it wont print a label anyway, and you could just add your own reference # to the address.
