Of course not. 

First you sell the items, then you (hopefully) get the money, then you get the women feedback. (Sometimes).

Concentrate on the first two, because you can't control the last one. *

At least, it will eventually get you in trouble if you try.

Yes, there is! You can even buy feedback so you don't actually have to sell anything. It's really cool. You should try it. You don't think I got to 11,000+ feedback from selling things did you?

i get my feedback from feedback.com, its cheap chinese feedback but the buyers dont know that.

you can get german feedback, its made by mercedes, very nice, has leather upolstery and chrome lettering.

or american feedback, its comes with a six shooter to scare buyers into paying.

japanese feedbacks ok but ya cant understand it unless you can read japanese.

icelandic feedbacks very cool, like ice cool.

Now that we've established you're capabale of putting two and two together, let's see how you go with this one (difficulty level: intermediate because I'm throwing a third one into the mix).

Selling on eBay requires a lot of manual work

There are apps and tools that are designed to automate and/or streamline some of the processes in order to leave more time to concentrate on the manual side of things. 

There are people known as trading assistants around because they know that the manual work is unavoidable, so developed a commission-based service do it on behalf of those who can't or don't want to.
