Used it all day yesterday on two accounts without any problems, what is your issue? Unless it is an opening problem most things are fixable but if not you should email turbodata@ebay.com telling them what is happening and which OS you are using.
If it is just not opening properly then the best thing to do is uninstal it and then re download making sure you are on the Aus site when you do it. You can then recreate your account(s) and import your listings from the latest backup file, if that doesn't work there may be a corrupted file in the back up and you should try again using an earlier backup file.
