why should a buyer be allowed to leave negative with a seller and yet we cant give them a neg

why do sellers have to put up with pathetic buyers who place a negative simply because they dont know how to use the product.

Dont tell me the usual spiel that we should put instructions up all the time.

Sorry you seem to have gotten an unfair neg, there's probably little advice I can offer in that regard, but I do wonder why you left follow-up comments to your other buyers about the negative you received. Those comments will appear on their profile (and completely out of context), and to be honest I'm not too sure I'd be happy about it if I had comments clearly meant to refer to (and in one comment, insult) someone else in response to the positive feedback I'd left a seller.

i think people who live in glass houses

i just read the rebuttal feedback you leave to negs and neutrals.so basically you are doing your own type of neg

i as a seller would never respond to any buyers feedback like that

its soooo rude and insulting

THIS IS JUST MY OPINION

and please dont come back and abuse me

If I were a seller and got an unfair negative, for sure I would give a response. A calm, reasonable comment often shows the buyer up as the one at fault.

But I just had a look at some of the responses to past negatives and they come over as a bit on the aggressive side.

Look, maybe that is just me.

But if I had been giving a response to that last one, I think this part is fair enough

Full Instr is IN ENGLISH in the Description.HOW RUDE&UNFAIR

I would not put 'in English' in caps though and I would not start with What B/S is this?  That doesn't address the issue.

On one of the other feedbacks, where the buyer made a calm  comment

Your item doesn't work well husband did it twice still tip fell of

you responded with sacrcasm.

wow.50 yrs+product, sold 0000's,used worldwide and here we have an aussie 1st.

All I am saying is that cutting the sarcasm and keeping to facts instead of abuse would be a better look. If I saw that feedback I would be thinking you were aggressive if anyone had a problem.
