Yes, If you use Turbo lister you can save all your templates in there. Or if you are using the online lister after you finish with all the details if you look on the top right hand side (i think) it says save for later or something similar..
Once you save it the next time you click on sell, your saved listing will be there.

You can also create your listing directly on eBay and schedule it to start at a specific time - in the format and price section, underneath the duration, you can tick the box to schedule it later (it says it costs 40c, but it's free). You can set a time and date up to 3 weeks later.
