Is this buyer dodgy ?

I have some car parts listed and this buyer has asked me to post them to Brunei. They are parts for specifically Australian cars and I'm not sure if Holden ever exported to Brunei. Also, the buyer only has 2 feedback, neither of which items can be accessed.

Has anyone seen this before ? Is this legit ?

Dear stanute,

Do you send the goods to Brunei Darussalam and how much would it be.

Regards,

nothing to indicate that they are dodgy.  The listing has posting to Australia with no overseas postage options given so I would reply that you only post to Australian addresses.

Set your bidder/buyer blocks to prevent members registered in "countries you don't post to" from bidding/buying.

Spoiler
This could be a legitimate purchase.
Spoiler
The sultan of Brunei is one of the richest if not the richest man in the world.
Spoiler
There are many people who have money there as well and they have the means to import anything they want including holdens.
Spoiler
But once your alarm bells start ringing stay alert.
Spoiler
Only send via trackable postage and make sure you cover yourself for your protection and only send to the registered address.
Spoiler
As soon as they make unusual requests or change address then bail out straightaway.
Spoiler
To cover yourself use something like DHL TNT etc. as they are fully tracked and make the buyer pay the full cost of sending the part.
Spoiler
If they have a problem then bail out straightaway.
