After some honest feedback. I have just received negative feedback for this item:
http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/REMINERALIZATION-GEL-Teeth-Whitening-Remineralisation-/330819619061
Saying "1 gel only, expected th image of 4". These pictures are all I have and made to look the product more enticing - It is also what all my competitors do also. I thought I had it as clear as possible by the very first line of text in a very clear big font saying '1 x 3cc Tube Remineralisation Gel'. Being also a seller, do you think the picture makes it too confusing on what the listing is for, or should this description be sufficient?

Hi not_ an_eloi,
That is so true - but nothing to do with this subject of leaving a neg because buyer "thought" they were getting 4 items.

uh, bein' rich, and havin' great style can occur at the same time
hence, they're not mutually exclusive.
that right ?
seems to me, that if a person offers four items in a picture, but only offers one further down,
could be grounds for 'a person' to claim misleadin' advertising. wot do you reckon B-)

Just finished with eBay chat and they said:
I understand your point from here. And yes based on what i can see here, feedback is indeed removable. I'll send the request for the feedback removal now, please expect this done within the day.
But I will make some amendments to try to make it more clear.

Being rich and having a great taste are mutually exclusive! In an ideal world it's great to have both, but otherwise it's much better to have good taste and no money than other way around.
But again, can't see the relevance of this with the subject in hand.
And no, the ad is not misleading to me at all, can't speak for anyone else.
Aparently it wasn't confusing for Ebay also.

teeth - it's better not to leave any follow up until you've followed through with ebay:-) If the neg isn't gone within 24 hours, you might have to ring them again.

teeth-whitening. I understand what a lot of people have advised you to do but for your own peace of mind I would do a photo of the exact item for sale. A lot less stress IMO
Good to have the feedback removed though. Good news ๐

Not confusing to me either James. But then we are not the one having the problems with confused buyers

I dont believe this is confussing once you read the discription but as a rule I never buy an iteam when more than the quantity I will be getting is in the picture. I feel it is misleading.

I'd rather have the money. Because, imo, the cost of 'great' taste means you end up with no money. And I don't care what all except a few other people think of me - the antithesis of 'great' taste, which is all about what other people think.
