Just relisted an item on my other ID and the new format came up and it had:
Automatically relist this item up to 4 times if it doesn't sell - it's free to relist. Final value fees apply
If I go to edit it then it goes back to 3 times.
Then on this id I edited a listing to see what would show and it had:
Automatically relist this item up to 3 times if it doesn't sell - it's free to relist. Final value fees apply
It's all on one page now,so it's quicker,it has the business policies on this Id and you can change it to a
private listing if you forget when first listing it.
You can revise another one or just click I'm done now.
So it looks like an improvement that actually works,

The same thing happened to me the other day.
Saw 4 free relists flash, but my fingers were too fast & I'd already clicked finished so thought I was seeing things.
When I went back in to check only 3 relists were coming up & only 3 since then.
Glad to know I wasn't imagining this! Ebay experimenting or system gone crazyyyyyyyy???

When you revise a listing it's at the bottom of your Selling Details,(I receive the 40 free listings on both
account as I don't sell a lot and the free re-lists is part of it).

I just put up a new item & scheduled it for later today.
The 4 re-lists came up, so I ticked yes.
Went back in to check & it's now 3. (Just like the other day).
Something is going on with this feature or it's gone completely wacky??

thanks go-tazz - sadly it doesn't appear for all of us... (when revising for me anyway) worth a try tho

As I already explained further up, once you set the listing going you've used up the first of the four relists so of course it'll only show three when you go back into the listing. If it's only sitting in scheduled it's still assumed to be the same as if it's live.

No, that's not the explanation - over the last couple of weeks I've been re-listing hundreds of books & this has only just started happening.
All my other listings done the same way & sitting in Scheduled only showed the 3 relists.
It's somethjing new that keeps popping up & disappearing.
