Hello. I desperately need to list quite a few items for xmas and i'm not allowed to list anymore new items atm due to restrictions that were no fault of my own but ebay won't listen. How can i fix this below standard issue asap and start seling again? 

How long will it take?  I read all i had to read regarding this on ebay but it's so confusing. Can someone please help me with this? It would be much appreciated.

Hello You will have to wait until your next evaluation and hopefully some of your older defects will have expired by then You can try to speak to eBay to see if you can have any defects removed ( if you believe you have a valid argument) However it appears eBay rarely remove defects and generally side with the buyer  A friend had the same problem & spoke to supervisors on several ocassions but did not get far with them He had to wait it out until his defects eventually disappeard

Each month you get evaluated so you will have to wait month by month until the ratio between your transactions and defects balances out with more transactions compared to defects.
