Item I’ve sent

I sent off an item using the barcode sent to me by eBay. The receiver has contacted me to say this isn’t her address. Item has been shipped. What happens now?

It depends on how the buyer handles the situation. There's nothing to worry about, though - especially if you shipped to the address which appears in the order details. For such situation, the buyer is not covered by the MBG, and under the "Feedback policy", any neutral/negative feedback you may receive will be removed.

If it's the  Golden Goose shoes, they've been posted  to the authenticators and if they pass authentication, from there, they'll be posted to the buyer's address
