Should i esculate to claim?, do i have to wait the 2 weeks for Oz post and be out of pocket?, they will only communicate with seller not me. So here i am no parcel, no $$$, how shall i proceed now, what is the best way.. thanks

You need to wait longer than that, estimates are just that and you can't rely on them.
Also if it's a buying issue then open a thread in the buying section next time.
Have a nice day.

I'm afraid you will need to be patient. How do you know it should have taken 3-4 days max? (are you including weekends in that?) standard regular post now takes up to 6 (working) days and that is for 'city/non-remote' areas
If tracking shows in transit, why would you escaliate the claim? and how is it lost?
Also, remember the 'get on one or before' date is a date inserted by EBAY and very very rarely do they refelect real world delivery times by Australia Post
Sorry, a tad confused

If the tracking shows that the item is still in transit then I think you have jumped the gun.
Just because you have been given an ESTIMATED delivery date it does not mean that the item will arrive then....it is purely an estimated time.
No you should not escalate to a claim yet....if AP is already investigating give them a chance to finish their inquiries.
You have a month to open a dispute to get your money back.
Don't be so impatient.

did you click on the tracking link and go to australia posts tracking page showing where it is in transit, i have had parcels take very scenic routes to customers at times. there have been others on the forum with stories of items not exactly taking a direct trip from seller to buyer. i'd worry after a 7 working days. plus give the seller a message before getting too angry. they might resend if it is lost.

Ok Just thought i would ask, I wont esculate, working days it's been 6 so far, Oz post says post code to post code 2-3 days. Ill give them till end of week then thanks.

If it has tracking use the AP website not ebay, it often has more detailed tracking. Either way if an enquiry has been raised with AP then nothing more to do until you get outcom ef that. If it is in transit keep in mind it is not sellers fault.
