One of my pet sheep knocked my larger Scanpan frying pan onto the floor and the handle almost broke off. It's got a big crack up it. The side of the pan dented too. I still use it, but I'd never sell it for the reasons the OP mentioned. It could be a safety issue.

@PJ wrote:Just telling it how it is, how many times are buyers told on these boards to refuse a mutual cancellation because the seller deserves to lose out on a fee refund, also everyone signs to say they have read the policies, terms and conditions and there is a wealth of advice on selling out there so there really is no excuse for not knowing something as basic as how, when and why bids should be cancelled.
I'm not in a position to read each and evey post on these boards, but I still do read a lot. Unless you are referring to the Buyers forum, I can't say I've seen too many posts where buyers are told....to refuse a mutual cancelllation, because the seller deserves to lose out on a fee refund......
Whilst I agree that everyone signs to say they have read the P, T&C, I would love to see a hands up from ALL who have read ALL of the P. T&C - and wait - understood ALL of it.
All the little blue links, that take you to other blue links. It's like Hansel and Gretel, except the birds ate the bread (blue links) and they were lost.
And it ain't hard to get lost on the T&C.
Just my peronsal opinion on your post. - which I know is off topic, but what the heck!! I, like a lot others will be totally out of here in a few weeks, so it feels good to do this.

Love your Hansel and Gretel analysis - all too true.
IMO eBays site map has got worse and worse - difficult to find some key information in the muddle its become.
For example: tried to find FEES in A-Z ....
nup not there ... ya get FEE CIRCUMVENTION as the only fee help topic choice
