I sent an item to a customer in January and they have not received it. It stated there was no tracking on the parcel. Do I need to refund the item? I am not sure if they have received it and they could be lying.

Has the buyer opened an INR CASE?
They may be out of time to escalate the case but could open a bank chargeback.
Without tracking showing delivery you will be refunding.

Why was there no tracking? Did you send as an untracked letter?
What carrier did you use?
All parcels should have a tracking number attached. Did you add the tracking number when you marked as sent?

Why ask the question if you think your non-answer is a solution?

Its interesting, their ads actually say they use standard parcel, but above they admit they are sending untracked letter. And at the same time asking if the buyer is lying, I question what they are doing.
