Hi I sold an item which the buyer says they haven't received. (It's been 10 days) . The tracking on Australia Post says item received but that's it. I am happy to refund buyer if needed. I will also contact Aus Post to see what's happened. Just wondering what the correct protocol is. Do I refund postage as well? Thanks
How did you send it? You may very well qualify for Paypal Seller Protection if you lodged the item over the PO counter and have a tracking number and postcode receipt.
Where are you sending the item to and from? Postage does sometimes take a little longer than usual in certain states. Also since it was Mother's Day yesterday I would allow some extra time as well.
