Item ticked paid - no payment has been made

how do I untick  paid invoice ?  Item had not been paid....please advise

If you marked it as paid you should be able to unmark it.

If eBay marked it as paid it probably is. Do you have any holds on your funds?

no its not paid the buyer contacted me to say she is trying to pay but can't as invoice is ticked PAID

Buyer contacted me the seller said she can't make the payment as the invoice is ticked Paid!!! the item has not been paid - I can't find the invoice to untick how do I get hold of Ebay to help me out here!!! do I have to wait till everyone has come back to work??
