I bought an item . I believe I have been scammed.
The tracking tells me delivered. But the address is not mine.
I put the correct address on my order.
The seller has not responded.
What do I do? The item has been marked as delivered in ebay. But clearly not to me.
The seller only recently opened the account. Has 100% rating on 5 reviews which I now beleive to be fake.
What do I do next? Ebay wont reply. There is no option to open a 'did not receive ' dispute because it has been 'delivered'.

Where is the seller registered - look on their feedback page for the info.
Or provide an item number.
Was it expensive?

Thank you for the link ! I followed the automated assistant and said it was not received. Assistant told me straight away there was an issue with the seller and they would be refunding the money within 24 - 48 hours. Hope it is correct. They must already know the seller is a scammer.
