You need to contact the seller drectly, this is a member forum, it is not a message system to eBay or individual sellers.
Go to your purchase history and find the item, then click the More Actions menu link and select "contact seller". Ask them why they cancelled the sale and when you can expect your refund. If you get no reply, or an unstisfactory reply, go back to More Actions and look for the menu option that says "I didn't receive it", then follow the prompts to open an item not received dispute and get your money back.

Was the item cancelled by the seller or by ebay?
If it was cancelled by ebay you will not be able to find it in your Purchase History.
If you have trouble contacting the seller you will just have to open a dispute in paypal to get your money back....I hope you paid with paypal.
