Dear Ebay Support,
I need help with one of my listings. Buyers are unable to purchase the item because they receive the message "Could not add to cart. Try again." when attempting to buy.
The item is active and in stock, and I have not placed any restrictions on buyers. I have checked the shipping settings and listing details, but the issue continues.
Could you please investigate if there is a technical problem with this listing and advise what needs to be corrected so buyers can complete their purchase?

If you add a postage cost, I think it will solve your problem.
At the moment it shows "Will post to Australia. Contact seller for postage options"
It can be added to the cart easily.
But the cart shows :
There's a problem with one of your items
To complete your order, go to checkout and update your delivery address or ask the seller if they can post to your location.

I retested it now that you've added a postage cost and everything seems to be working perfectly with no 'problem' messages showing in the cart.
