Items not in ebay store

ive just joined a store and for some reason my items arnt showing up in my store can someone explain what im doing wrong please

You need to set up your postage discount rates, for the one I looked at you say in the listing that postage is free if you buy 3 but if I put a quantity of 3 n the postage calculator it is coming up as $3 X $10 @ $30.
