Items not showing up with search on eBay USA uk from oz eBay listing

I have no clue how to start my own thread but I have a uk ebay and oz eBay as moved to oz almost two years ago I have loads of feedback in uk but no so many in oz.
Most of my oz feedback are from buying.
My up one was buying and selling.
I have listed an item on eBay au and I can't see it on eBay USA or uk etc but I was able to do this in uk a few years back.
Now I contacted ebay to ask why I cant see my auction from other eBay sites they said I needed to change my listing from a fixed with best offer to auction with a buy it now so relisted it.
Checked and still not been able to view.
I then asked again on live chat what's going on they said tech fault.
Ok o then contacted then again and they said I need to select worldwide shipping I said I have check my auction,if offers this.
They then said It is showing up on other eBay site so checked and I can't see them by searching on names etc of item etc just like others would do looking for this.
They then said I needed to relist it I said why already did today then said its a tech fault???
Do they know what there doing as really something this simple should not be that hard or surely there is a reason?
I have heard that there maybe restrictions if trying to make your item viewable on other ebays if not sold on your country one,I'm told I need to select which countries I want to ship to etc,I'm told so much stuff not enough feedback not sold anything on this account before its endless.
Surely ebay should know?
Anyway I can't find my time on other eBay sites unless I enter the auction number and not many will know this the type in a name and find items this way so why is this feature not working for me.
It's driving me nuts this and want to list more but just having too much problem with this one and want to let other sites to see it also.

If this is your new Oz account and you haven't sold anything yet, you are probably restricted from selling overseas. I think you have to sell so many items before they will allow you to post internationally. I'm not sure how many items it is. Someone else should be able to tell you that.

Why don't you change your location on your UK account if it has lots of feedback and you moved here two year ago ???

I have a uk ebay account with almost 900 buying and selling but cause i moved to oz I left uk one as is with uk card and paypal set up and oz ebay with oz card and paypal.im told i should link or get them linked to allow me to sell all over as something sure is stopping me from viewing my items from overseas, but what gets me is how come I can offer worldwide shipping but cant find my item on other ebay sites when searching under name?
I dont know how to move forward with this is no good to me if I cant have my item viewed by other ebay sites.
To be honest it be great to keep adding to my uk feedback and keep building it up etc but its also handy to have it when something that does not ship to oz to uk address where it can be then sent to me as not all send to oz and as mentioned have uk bank account and paypal linked to it.
I just dont know how to move forward with this or what I need to do

Change location on uk account but im sure I heard your still billed in uk pounds and fees etcc and then its what does it do with uk bank account linked to it when im now in oz and and have different address is it possible to have both uk and oz addresses and both oz and uk bank accounts linked to it if that makes sense.

Why can't you log in and change the address on your uk account ? .

Ring eBay re organising billing in AU dollars.

Paypal accounts can operate in trading globally, it is part of the attraction of having a Paypal account. 

If someone pays you in AU dollars it is received by Paypal in AU dollars, not sure what is the problem is in relation to selling here then - add an AU bank account and get verified ??

Ok so change my uk ebay address to oz addtess is this both address and sending address and im sure a return address also?
In regards to billing they can deal with this over phone dont they offer live chat and does it cost to call ebay?
And cause my oz bank account and paypal is linked to my oz ebay I take this does not matter as I just provide au paypal id for payment.
If this is way to go then I am probably better to end auction and relist with uk ebay?
