Doesn't read listings, has a habit of leaving negs and neutrals.

Has sent me 53 emails over the last few weeks regarding her purchases.

Finally after 3 or 4 emails and replies stating they would not remove it, and speaking to I think 6 different people, I had a lovely lady today who removed the negative within 5 minutes of my phone call.  

It pays to be persistent 😄

Great news! At least when the vermin leaves the last 2, which you know she will, persistance should see them removed. Hopefully you told them that she was doing it to be malicious, so it will be on record.

Went to this forum to see whether I should block this particular buyer as she emailed me a couple of times asking for discount and free shipping. Then I saw a neg that she gave you toycrazyau, then, to my horror, saw the many negs she left others.

Good, I'm so glad you saw this and saved you from a psycho buyer!  She kept asking me for free shipping as well.

I'm on the phone once again with ebay, trying to get this negative to be taken off.

OK, so the person I just spoke to at ebay (Rose), the same person who removed yesterdays negative, will not remove this one as it does not qualify!

I am sorry to hear about all the hassles she put you through. All that troubles for removing unwarranted neg FBs, must be stressing you out.

I wonder why eBay doesn't even suspend her account for all the extortions she did.

Good news again!   The guy I just spoke to on the phone has agreed to remove this latest negative feedback so now it's gone!  This was the same guy who removed 6 last week and remembered the case.  He originally said no he couldn't remove it but I just kept pleading my case. 🙂

While on the phone with him, I got an email from ebay with the following:

Trust and Safety team will be alerted since the buyer received to many sanctions for leaving feedback that violates the feedback policy.Rest assured that appropriate action will be taken due to this offense.

 I bleeping hope so!

 She had purchased 11 of these dolls and has left 10 negative feedback, I lost count of which ones she left feedback for but I am expecting one more and when it comes I hope ebay do the right thing again and remove it.
