But they are likely to rate 1 star for not as described so it will be the same for the seller... This buyer clearly wants to hurt sellers so I am sure they will work out fast how to do it. Just glad in this case ebay are doing the right thing

it might pay you to look at your seller dashboard.

The only defects will be for out of stock, unresolved disputes and 'slow' delivery, pretty much.

eBay have only advertised it multiple times in the last 4 or 5 months, so I guess you could have missed the notice.

Ok you need to get back on to eBay and speak to a supervisor. Your listing clearly says "damaged package".

No, that one wasn't actually damaged (and when I say damaged in my listings, there could be just a piece of sticky tape which has come undone from the box, which is one thing she complained about). 

I'm going to change my listings to state that there is some kind of minor damage to all packaging (even if there isn't) just to cover my ass from now on.

And the supervisor wouldn't remove it and she wouldnt let me talk to the guy I spoke to last week and said they can't put me through to him.  So I rang again and spoke to someone else who said he would get him to call me back when he comes back from a break so just waiting for this phone call.

12 dolls she purchased over two different transactions, she has left 9 negatives and 1 positive (probably by mistake), so I am just waiting on two more negatives.

One of the negatives she left last week (which was removed) was for one of the cancelled transactions!

I would not change your listing because of this. She is a psycho buyer and it has nothing to do with you as a seller, your listings or the items. She is getting pleasure from this. She will run out of steam thankfully Ebay are removing the negs. Keep getting them removed and continue doing what you do your feedback (Psycho's excluded) shows you are a good seller.

Unfortunately eBay refuse to remove this latest neg and the two more she has yet to leave. I have emailed and spoke to three different people today, one being one of the ladies who removed two last week but says this one doesn't qualify

Did you point out that the listing clearly states that the packaging is damaged?

Have you pointed out her record of leaving bad feedback.

If you have done so then ebay should really be taking that into account in deciding whether to remove negs.

I started to change my listings for these dolls to state that there is some minor damage to the boxes (even if they are not damaged) but when she purchased them I didn't have this on the listing (as obviously was not damaged).  This particular one, she emailed me photos of it and the top of the plastic was opened but in order for this to be fully opened, you would have had to completely unpeel the sticky tape holding it down at the top.

That is annoying I can not see why it is not covered it says package is damaged in description how about the line 'For ages 3+' because clearly she is acting as though she is under 3
