LIKELY MY ERROR BUT JUST CHECKING IN... re gtc insertion fees this week

Hi, now with the $1.65 insertion fees on GTC I'm pretty fastidious of ending and relisting on weekends with my items nearing end within the week, however...I was very surprised to find I'd been charged on monday 27/5 for 36 listings... arggh... $60 worth and also with the sales now more than 1.1 fvf (had several overseas sales ljust this week).  (also took the 40 allowance I had sitting)

just wondering, if anyone else had a similar experience this week..........- being a bug............? hoping that it wasn't my error...! if It was, so be it.

Can I ask what mistake you did to cause this? Was it you forgetting to end them?

Because last weekend on another account I had all my items with 16 days remaining. So I ended them and relisted with the promo. All was well. Then this weekend I looked at the active listings page again and they say 9 days remaining. Like I had never relisted them but I did because I relisted everything on that account at once. Now of course the promo has ended I will have to end those listings in 9 days instead of the 21 I should have left.

I'm not sure what happened there but it seems weird.

yes I must have overlooked ending them on time, although I usually double check every (promo) weekend.  was surprised but I'm only human so it was likely my mistake, but having been gremlins in the past had wondered if others had a similar experience.  In the end thanks to a push from biggles I  called ebay help and they credited it as a one off....lucky!
