Label for 500g Ebay satchel

Hi all went tp print label new format not happy have to enter weight size height width etc enter & options come up but not 5oo g ebay bag the 3kg is there. Long way round to print a label any suggestions?

just a Friday glitch - I can see the option in mine - try rebooting - take a 5 minute break - have a pina colada - turn round 3 times - and log in again

On the new format print label page you can select "Go back to classic label printing" on the top right, then choose edit and all the postage options are still there on the drop down list marked compare delivery services.
