Buyer wants to cancel buy price bid because he did not read the description correctly. I agreed.

Buyer is elderly, he did not read description correctly and therefore wants to cancel bid. I tried to cancel the buy price bid via 'cancellations' however ebay said cannot because the auction ended two days ago. How to I cancel the original activity?
