How do you get a seller to honour their warrantee responsibilities when they refuse to?

I purchased a pair of Earforce Stealth 450 wireless headphones by turtle beach from EB Games on EBay on or around 11 June 2018, and want to have them repaired or replaced under the warrantee for it as the charger input on the headphone no longer work...

How am I going to get a reputation as a seller if buyers won't leave feedback?

After selling my first item ever on ebay I didn't get feedback from the buyer. I emailed them to request feedback but still no response. How am I going to build up a reputation as a seller if buyers won't leave feedback?
