Just thought I would share this so that others remember to keep their guard up.
Had an $8 sale today from a buyer registered in Bulgaria, with an address listed in Australia. It also had this message:
Hi, please call 0428****** to arrange the pick-up - thanks:) Ivo
That all looked pretty suspicious, so I checked the paypal transaction and the thing that made me decide to cancel with reason "problem with the address" was the confirmed phone number on paypal it read: +359 61428******
So they have somehow registered an overseas number to the account. +359 is Bulgaria.
If I had tried to call the number, they would probably either have tried to convince me that I needed to give them money so they could get it delivered, or the number would just start charging my phone bill at $5+ a minute as soon as I call it.
