Legitimised Theft

I haven't bothered to raise this issue with Ebay, because quite frankly they are incompetent. Anyway, I have an Ebay Shop with over 2000 items listed. For the last two months my sales have been way down. This morning I thought I would do a simple search on Ebay Australia for items being offered by 'numis_phil' (me). Guess what? According to the Ebay search engine I have ZERO items for sale on Ebay Australia. I am sure this is a technical glitch, blah, blah, blah. So, if your sales have been down, do a search of yourself on Ebay Australia and see what comes up! Of course, Ebay will continue to charge you your monthly Shop Fees despite the fact that NONE of your listings will appear if anybody does a search under your seller name. I call this legitimised theft. Good Luck!
