I got a shipment in of several of the same item and so after each item sold I clicked relist to sell the next one. Ebay said there is a limit to how many times I can relist. Is there any way I can get around this legitimately? Is it because not so many people (usally buyers with low feedback) have left me feedback? Will opening a store erase the limit? Thanks.

i have a Ebay store and have re-listed things heaps and heaps of times including multi-variation listings without any limit message . so i would say yeah opening a store might stop your problem B-)

I'm not sure on relist restrictions for general sellers, but as a store owner we have no relist limits. More importantly you need to ensure you are not listing duplicate listings, meaning you and store holders are restricted when listing an item, you can't flood and list an identical item at the same time. (The only way you can get around this is if there is a difference in your title and/or price ;-)) This keeps things fairer for all sellers to get a chance to have their listings viewed closer to 1st page searches. if you are trying to sell an item that is the same but has some variation like in colour, many catagories have the option to include "multi-variation" listings, so all can be merged into the one listing.

Have you tried to use 'sell similar' rather than relist?

Ok I'll try that. Thanks for the advice 🙂

I know about the duplicate listings rule. I'm selling variations of Pokemon Games for Nintendo DS but am not listing the same versions twice as once.

Does the non-limit continue regardless of whether or not your buyers are leaving you feedback? Because a number of my buyers have lower feedback scores indicating that they don't use ebay that often.

Are you sure it is limit on re-listing, or is it that you have reached you monthly listing limit? Can you still list different item from scratch?

Only open a store if you want to pay nearly $50.00 per month for it.

I can re list other things. Just not those specific things.
