I recently searched keywords used in some of my active listings on someone else’s device and my listings did not show in the results. I tried with the exact words and went through every listing but mine were not there. I do not pay to promote but assumed that listings would still show even if it is right at the end of search results.
I often search “sold” items and often notice people have bought the exact same item I am selling, in worse condition, at a higher price and wonder why.
As a buyer and a seller, not having ALL active listings showing is concerning.
is there a reason listings do not show? Is there somewhere in eBay’s terms that this is explained?
any help would be greatly appreciated
