have removed the "Return will not accept at any conditions". haha, I do not want to drive buyers away. Yes, you are right, it is a such blanket statement. If somebody talks to me in this way, I may get upset.

What is "a slight rusk" with the zip? Meaning it sticks at a certain spot or funny lumpy bit that the pins don't sit straight? If the 2nd guess,then they usually bust & wont zip at all.

 

 I love wallet no3,beautiful colour.

If there is any defect include it in the pics so the buyer can see it & decide if it's something they don't mind.Also that may save you a hassle with returns.Buyers can be picky & even if you state no returns,ebay MBG says the buyer can & will have a return if they want.

You need to have the following so that your items show up higher on search result

 

1) Offer "Free Shipping"

2) An Option for "Express Shipping"

2) If possible reduce handling time to "1 day" or "Same Day"

3) Offer "30 Day" Money Back Guarantee

 

The above 4 would make your listing as "Premium Services" and would be shown higher on search result.

That's how it's supposed to work, but plenty of Premium sellers here will tell you it's a load of crock. Most are way, way, way down the list. To get to the top, you have to be a high volume Chinese seller who sells complete and utter rubbish.

I'm sorry cutejuan I hadn't realized they were listed with defects.   But the advice others have given  is good that you show the defects in photos as best you can and also describe the defects as you have been doing.   I think with all the advice you have had had and your lovely products you will find sales improve.    Good luck.  Cat Very Happy
