Chances are that I'll have a tonne of rocks come down on me from other sellers here by saying this tonermedic, but here goes anyway ....
Although I'm sorry to hear of your low sales rate of late I would point out that it is up to you, the store owner to promote your own business and attract more buyers, not Ebay's.
You can do this several ways, perhaps by having your own in store sale by reducing your prices by a noticable percentage, or offering a fee gift with every purchase made within a given time frame, or offering free postage during at given period of time only, or offering a fixed figure discount voucher redeemable on the customer's next purchase (Also with a use-by date), or at the very worst start looking at what products you have on offer and seriously ask yourself what appeal they might have to potential buyers then change your store direction if you come up with the answer of little to no appeal at all.
No matter what you do though you still have to accept that every other seller is faced with the same or similar selling issues unless they are already doing something positive to grab buyer's attention.
Sales businesses come and go, no matter if Ebay ones or B&M ones, but at the end of the day it's always up to the retail outlet if they end up sinking or swimming through their own management skills.
Also remember that no-one forces you to sell through Ebay, but when you chose to you have accepted their fees as being a part of the overheads you must factor into your business regeme so it won't do you the slightest bit of good to whine about it afterward because Ebay will never bend to increase your business successes or failures, nor should it.
