MY buyer has paid by money order. I have marked her as paid. Why can't I print a postage label?

My buyer has paid by money order. I have marked as Payment Received on July 9th in My Ebay. But postage label creater keeps telling me to wait until the buyer has paid. Has anyone else experienced this one?

I believe the item has to be paid for by paypal for the postage labels to work.

Has the buyer completed checkout?

If they have, there should be a link to print the postage label in your Awaiting Postage section.

Yes, she has completed checkout and the link to print a label is showing. When I click onto that link it takes me to the postage label creater site, as it should, and then there is a messgae telling me that the buyer hasn't paid yet.

Perhaps you're right. I've never been paid this way before. Well not since postage labels came into our world 🙂

This sometimes happened occasionally using the old click & send system if the payment wasn't by Paypal but it used to catch up after a few hours, I haven't had one do that using the ebay labels but as you have saved on the Paypal fees why not just send the item regular parcel, it won't cost a great deal more.

I have been using my own packaging and getting the 10% rebate that's why 🙂 If I can't get labels to work this evening I'll resort to posting it full price with no rebate 😞  No probs.
