I don't know if anyone else has come across this problem.
This morning i tried to post 5 Parcels via Click & Send at the Post Office
They had the Parcel Post Plus Lables that were printed directly from the Australia Post Click & Send Website on them.
When i got to the post office the guy there was unable to scan them into there system.
He did it the correct way by typing in the parcel post plus info.
He told me that Australia Post has apparently changed the Click & Send System.
So now the old satchels and labels dont work.
Due to this i had to send the parcels in the regular post.
Has anyone else had this happen
It seems ridicoulous that they can't get their act together.
I have to change all my listings now because i cant guarantee that this wont happen again.

i'm not refering to the satchels im talking about the parcel labels.

Oh, sorry, you mentioned the satchels in your post so I thought thats what you meant.
Same deal though, I think your postal worker has made a mistake, I watch them like a hawk when they enter my parcels, they can muck it up pretty easily. But I can see the computer screen at my PO, I guess not everybody can.

i told them that but they insisted Australia Post has changed there system recently. SO im going to have to ring the click and send number on Monday and see whats going on.

YES!!! There is only one guy in our PO who seems to get it right now. The others always mess it up; and yes I also had somebody trying to tell me that there was a change in the system. Well, yes there was, that was couple of months ago, but my old account got updated and i was notified of it, and it is not possible to print out anything from eBay in the old system.

Sounds like your post office needs to update either their scanner or their software. Had a similar problem in one of our post offices. Do you have another post office nearby you could take them too? That's what I did. All went through fine and now the problem PO has a new scanner and it's all good B-)

ive sent the parcels but i had to pay for regular post.
ill go to a diffrent post office next time
