Both the Seller and buyer should have Equal rights on this site
this one way swing to buyers is creating huge greif for long serving and genuine members as well as newbies
Clear cut breaches of policy are just overlooked
Buyers can't buy if sellers are leaving
less trading and less profits seems to just equate to higher fees rather than a proper and fairer ammendment of the site.
t's crazy how a member can attack and manipulate the system when there are clear and multiple feedback and messages to prove and question there credibility and abuse on the site.
E-bay sellers are really getting hurt and rolled by this constant focus on buyer rights,
I am getting run through the mill by a member whom has tried having me send items after receiving goods , then refusing to send back, then refusing partial refund and keep items.
Now claiming all 5 items are faulty out of spite
I've tried everything to pacify and end my dealings with this member and I'm not the only victim of this person others have reported as they have had them do the same, claim items are faulty try to get you to send replacements without return then reufusing all offers you to them to solve.
Then neg rating many of their buyers and discaceful accusations on both buyers and sellers. At my wits end as E-bay need to clean up this site by removing the clear cut obvious abusers.
Runs you through the E-bay report system then closes once they have no where to go because they have rejected offers,
Then starts a pay pal claims process on you
Constantly threatens and abuses you in a very aggressive manner of nasty remarks and constant multiple messages
Any body else finding getting helped is difficult
